Campus Center Hours

Monday–Thursday: 7 a.m.–11:30 p.m. | Friday: 7 a.m.–12:30 a.m. | Saturday: 8 a.m.–12:30 a.m. | Sunday: 10:30 a.m.–11:30 p.m.

These times will vary during breaks and holidays.

Pioneer Card Office

The Pioneer Card Office is located at the Information Desk on the first floor. Your official Carroll ID, the Pioneer Card, gives you access to buildings and services across campus, including printing, meal plans, Carroll Cash, Dining Dollars, the Health Center, library, recreation facilities, events, and more.

Your Pioneer Card also gets you discounts at numerous local downtown Waukesha businesses.

Carroll University is a proud partner of Waukesha State Bank. A Waukesha State Bank ATM is located inside the Campus Center’s north entrance with 24-hour access for your convenience.

Guest Deposits - Carroll Cash and Dining Dollars

You will need a valid student ID number to make a guest deposit into your student's Carroll Cash or Dining Dollars account. Acceptable forms of payment include MasterCard, Visa and American Express. In order to ensure your transaction is posted, you must click the button labeled "MAKE DEPOSIT." After this screen, you will be prompted to enter an email address to receive a receipt for the transaction.

The focus is on fresh in the MDR, where you'll find a variety of food-court style stations.

Reservations and Event Services

HOST YOUR EVENT

Our 5,000 square-foot, tastefully-decorated banquet space offers seating for up to 300 and conference rooms for groups up to 30 are available for your next meeting. All spaces are equipped with fully-equipped AV systems and lighting.
